PADEL COURT RULES
Calas de Campoamor en Aguamarina Community
1. The padel court is intended exclusively for property owners, residents, and their guests.
2. Opening hours:
* daily from 09:00 to 23:00,
* the last reservation may start at 21:30.
3. Use of the court is only permitted with a prior reservation made through the community booking system.
4. The standard duration of a reservation is 90 minutes.
5. Users are required to wear appropriate sports footwear and comply with all safety regulations.
6. The following are prohibited on the court:
* consumption of alcoholic beverages,
* smoking tobacco products or electronic cigarettes,
* bringing glass containers onto the court,
* using equipment or materials that may damage the playing surface or fencing.
7. Minors may only use the court under the supervision of an adult.
8. At the end of play, users must leave the court clean, finish their activity on time, and close the entrance gate to the court.
9. Use of the court is at the user’s own risk. The Community accepts no responsibility for accidents, injuries, loss of, or damage to personal property.
10. In the event of non-compliance with these rules, the Administration or the Community Board has the right to issue a warning, require the user to leave the court, interrupt the game, or cancel an active reservation. In cases of repeated violations, the Administration or the Community Board may temporarily or permanently restrict court access for specific owners or their guests.
11. Upon arrival at the court, the user must scan the QR code located at the entrance to confirm their presence in the booking system. If the user does not confirm their presence by scanning the QR code within 15 minutes of the reservation start time, the reservation will be cancelled and the court may be made available to other residents.
12. Sharing access codes to the booking system with unauthorized persons is strictly prohibited.
13. Court lighting may only be used during an active reservation.
14. The Administration or the Community Board reserves the right to temporarily close the court for technical, maintenance, or organizational reasons.
15. Reservations are personal and non-transferable. Making reservations on behalf of third parties is prohibited.
16. Only players actively participating in the game may remain on the court and within the fenced playing area.
17. Leaving rubbish, packaging, food waste, or any other litter on or around the court is prohibited.
18. Only equipment approved for padel may be used. The use of tennis rackets or any equipment that may damage the court surface or facilities is prohibited.
19. Any behavior that may damage the court facilities is prohibited, including hanging from, sitting on, or climbing over the net, fences, gates, or any other part of the court infrastructure.
20. The court is intended exclusively for playing padel. Any other use is prohibited.
21. Movement from one side of the court to the other must be carried out exclusively through the designated access gates.
22. Reservation limits and conditions shall be those established by the booking system in force at any given time. Users are required to comply with all rules, restrictions, and conditions published by the Community.
